Praise God for a fun and memorable bridal shower for my sister Anabel a.k.a Chiche last January 16, 2016 at Wanam Sa Bukid. God has indeed provided us with WONDERful people who made all our ideas come to life. It was really nice that when all the details were put together, it definitely went beyond my expectations. All the effort and contribution of our family and friends really paid off. I'm sure it was one bridal shower that Chiche will always remember - and that's exactly the goal! =) One thing I've learned when it comes to throwing a party for any occasion is to think of a particular theme first. Of course it is very important to consider the personality of the celebrant before going with the theme you have chosen. Once you've made that 1st step, the rest of the details will just follow. Fortunately in our case, it was easy to come up with a theme that perfectly suited Chiche's personality because we're sisters and we know her very well. At first I thought, kitchen theme would be nice since she loves to cook - she's even good at it. But then later on I decided that she's more than that. Chiche also happens to be our ultimate go-to girl. Even her friends can attest to that. She's the one to ask when it comes to what kind of meds to take, computer stuff, foods to try, gadgets to use, places to go to and other questions that google gets to answer every single day. And among the #5girlsofLorie, she's the only one who can drive. We were so dependent on her driving skills that no one dared to even take the job of driving. She's so adventurous in many ways and just brave enough to try different things. And most importantly, she's always there to rescue anyone who needs her help. I would say our version of 911, hehe! No doubt she has so many friends from all walks of life. She's indeed our very own superhero, or should I say our #wonderwomANNE! Just like any bridal shower, a lot of planning and preps have to be made. We're so blessed that a lot of people made extra effort in helping out just to make sure that every detail will go in perfect harmony. So before I post the photos, let me give a shout out first to those people who generously worked with us for this event - Super thanks to Wanam Sa Bukid for the venue, food, styling and desserts. For the program, games and prizes, thanks to Aichin, Apong and Len who have prepared everything way ahead of time. For the beautiful costume of Chiche, thanks to her ever reliable friend, Leslie, who had it custom-made in less than a week. And super thanks to Aigi for printing the name tags and cool superhero bubbles we used in the photos. To all Chiche's friends who have been constantly checking our event group on FB for updates, thank you very much for your love and support to our bride-to-be! And of course, to our Almighty God for His utmost providence all throughout.
Anyway, below are some of the photos taken by the supermom Aichin hehe. No captions needed, let the photos speak for themselves. =)

Welcome!
Nothing really fancy here, the lack of eloquence is very evident. Just sharing my thoughts - straight from the heart. Archives
